The Cotton Cap

We deliver to the countries offered at checkout. Enter your address there to see the delivery options and costs for your country before you pay.

Each order is shipped by the supplier that holds the item, so the time depends on the product and your destination. The estimate for your order is shown on the product page and again at checkout, before you pay. Estimates aren’t guarantees: customs, weather and busy periods can add time. More on Shipping & Delivery.

Whenever the carrier provides tracking, we email it to you as soon as it’s available. The first scan can take a day or two to appear. If your order has items from different suppliers, they may arrive in separate packages, each with its own tracking number.

Returns, yes. In the United States you can return an unworn item with its tags if you contact us within 7 days of delivery; return postage is paid by you. If you’re in the EU you can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving it. We don’t offer exchanges: return the item and place a new order. Please contact us before sending anything back so we can confirm the right return address. If something arrives damaged, faulty or isn’t what you ordered, we’ll send a replacement or refund you in full. Full details on Returns & Refunds.

Use Size guide and Find my size next to the sizes on each product page. Where a style runs small or large, a fit note is shown next to the sizes.
